Associations

The Aluminum Association, Inc. is the trade association for producers of primary aluminum, recyclers and semi-fabricated aluminum products. Member companies operate almost 200 plants in the U.S. and many conduct business worldwide.

The Aluminum Extruders Council is an international association dedicated to helping manufacturers, engineers, architects and others to discover why aluminum extrusion is "the better material process for better products."

The American Foundry Society was founded in 1896 and has grown to an international organization of approximately 13,000 members in 47 countries. AFS assists member companies and individuals to effectively and efficiently manage all production operations, to profitably market their products and services, and to equitably manage their employees.

Since its founding in 1916, AGMA has grown, prospered and redefined its role in the American gear industry. There are 400 members in more than 30 countries

The Association of Rotational Molders (ARM) is an international trade association currently representing member companies in 57 countries. Members include manufacturers of rotationally molded plastic products, suppliers to the industry, designers, and professionals.

The Forging Industry Association (FIA), is a corporate membership association comprised of approximately 150 forging producers operating over 200 forge plants in North America.

The Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA) is a nonprofit trade association whose members buy and sell used capital equipment. Established in 1941 to assure buyers of the integrity and reliability of used machinery dealers that are members of the association, the association represents nearly 500 member companies around the world.

For more than a century, the National Association of Manufacturers has played a unique role in promoting a strong manufacturing economy and economic growth, resulting in higher living standards for American employees.

ASM International is the society for materials engineers and scientists dedicated to advancing industry, applications, and applications of metals and materials.

The Steel Alliance has more than 120 companies representing the steel industry in the United States and Canada. Its members account for more than 75 percent of U.S. and Canadian annual steel shipments and include the largest producers in both countries.

The association represents more than 1600 Chicago area precision metalworking, plastic molding, and supplier companies.
